Our firm M/s Cemcon Casting Pvt Ltd is a pioneer in manufacturing fabricated and rubber Items. Cemcon Casting Pvt Ltd. was established in 1995 as a leading manufacturer and supplier of Rubber components to railways. Its products and services are also Link-up approved.

It’s sister concern, M/s B G Sleeper Works was set up in 2007 as a manufacturing plant for concrete sleepers and its production started in 2009. We manufacture and supply all types of pre stressed concrete sleepers of defect free and utmost quality that exceeds customer satisfaction.

We are also committed to implement and maintain highest standards of quality, safety and customer service and have the internationally recognized IS0 9001-2015 quality system’s registration. We have remarkable manufacturing plants, advanced testing laboratories & developed offices at different locations in India. We strive to achieve more and more customer utility by motivating our work force and optimum utilization of resources.

MD Message

Progress for me has never been a dream. It has always been a distant reality and once one milestone is achieved there is always another one waiting to be crossed. It is with this belief that I started Cemcon in the year 1995.

Cemcon has become a prominent name in Indian Railways. But like all entrepreneurs who stick to their dream, I always wanted to push my company towards more prosperous milestones. I always perceived my company as a unit that could make a difference with its quality and competitively priced products.

Taking a path less travelled, I expanded Cemcon into a group of companies that require a high amount of technical know-how, expertise and specialized knowledge. Overcoming challenges after challenges with the support of my brilliant team, I have been successful in bringing Cemcon to achieve a new milestone of global recognition.

Infrastructure & Technology

Spread over an area of 5.3 Acres, our firm M/s Cemcon Casting Pvt Ltd has advance technology, machinery and infrastructure to manufacture high quality rail components. Initially set up to manufacture rubber components, it has expanded into the manufacturing of fabricated items.

M/s B G Sleeper was initially set up to produce 640 Nos. sleepers per day. But over the years, our production capacity has expanded. The maximum production achieved by the firm was 18900 Nos. sleepers in the month of Dec’2015. We have manufactured approximately 1 million sleepers as of Aug’2022 since our commencement. The factory has been established on a total area of 3.765 acres and even has its own tube well for water supply.

We have a dedicated inspection and testing laboratory. And also have the facilities to customize your manufacturing products as per your design, drawing specification or sample. Our R&D team also looks into developing modernized international standard products in-house which can maximize the consumer satisfaction.

We keep on exploring the possibility of supplying high technological components for the Indian Market, especially for the Indian Railways. And work with professional and skilled work force.
